We had such a great experience with Olsons Plumbing coming out to help within an hour! I was having a really bad experience with another company who did not show up or call for 48 hours. After giving up and giving Olson's plumbing a call, I wish I would have called them earlier. My father is handicapped, and we needed urgent help on the only bathroom/toilet downstairs for him to use. The toilet was clogged and after hours of trying to do it ourselves, we knew we had to call in a professional. Olson's was on time, super responsive and explained everything that was going on to me. I would HIGHLY suggest you calling Olsons for all your plumbing needs as I know I will be using them moving forward!!

Best plumbers in Huntington Beach. Richard was honest, friendly and just all around amazing. His crew Marco, Alex and the guys from Beach Plumbing were the best. There are not a lot of companies anymore where you can seal a deal with a handshake and trust the work will be done correctly and as agreed upon. Thankfully Olson Plumbing is a throwback to when customer service mattered and people took pride in the job being done right. With the sewer and drain lines starting to go in my neighborhood, and my cast iron pipes visibly rusting away, I had Olsen come out for an inspection and the inevitable big job of coating/relining. I couldn't have been happier I went with them. They have the gear and equipment - along with their sister company Beach Plumbing - to do the job without subcontracting, so you know who is doing the work. And with their decades of experience, they know how to do it right. (Unlike another company who gave me a widly overpriced quote for a much more destructive option.) Most importantly, they work till the job is done right. There is never anything easy or standard about my old house, and despite some unexpected challenges and the work being more than anticipated, they took the extra time to make sure it was correct and will last. I could go on longer about more positives like how friendly the plumbers were and how they answered all my questions - thanks Fabian and Alex - but this review is already so long. So, if you are still reading this call them for a qoute and maybe this will be the last time you ever have to search reviews for plumbers ever again.

I had pipes running through my garage that I knew nothing about, my washer faucets were rusted so badly that I wasn’t comfortable changing them. I called Olson’s and within 30 minutes Marco showed up and fixed everything very nicely. He was a kind, professional and efficient man.

My toilet and sink were backing up and Richard's guys came in a very timely manner, unclogged both the toilet and the sink, cleaned up after themselves and did a really great job. They're super friendly and very easy to talk to. Richard also came out to give me an estimate on some other work that I will need down the line. They're just great folks to work with.

Olson's Plumbing is awesome! Our bathroom drains were running really slow and our shower had standing water. I tried for hours to unclog the drains myself, but was unsuccessful. To make matters worse, the wax seal on our toilet broke due to the clog that was blocking our drains. Marco came out and had all of our issues resolved in less than two hours! We had roots in our drain pipe and he was able to clear them out and get our drains back in working order and the quoted price was spot on!

If you need a plumber, please read this review. Olson Plumbing & Rooter is the best plumber in Orange County. I had multiple slab leaks and they saved the day. Honest, trustworthy, quality work, competitive, and exceptional service. Eric Harper
